Is the BaaS deposit really zero?+
Yes. The ₹12,000 security is covered by the scrap value of your existing lead-acid battery — zero cash out of pocket, and fully refundable when you leave.
How is a custom pack priced?+
By what you build — chemistry, voltage and capacity set the cell cost, and each component (BMS, connector, enclosure, monitoring) adds on. The configurator shows a live total and sends it to us for a firm quote.
Are there hidden charges on BaaS?+
No. ₹117/day (about ₹3,500/month) is all-in: recharging is free and unlimited, and maintenance and swaps are included.
